5. Recipients of personal data
Your personal data is processed by a limited group of people, including our employees and associates, to the extent necessary for them to perform their work in connection with the provision of services to you. However, your personal data may be transferred to third parties, as described below.

6. Retention period for personal data
The period for which we store your personal data depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. The period for which we store personal data often results directly from legal provisions, if we process your personal data on that basis. If we process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, the data is processed for a period enabling us to pursue that interest or until you lodge an effective objection to the processing of the data. On the other hand, if the processing of your data is based on your consent, we store this data until you withdraw your consent. Where the basis for processing your personal data is the necessity to conclude and perform a contract, the data is processed until the contract expires. After this time, your personal data is stored by us for the time necessary to secure our claims or defend against claims. However, we may be required to store your personal data for a longer period of time as required by law, e.g. the Accounting Act.

We will cease to process your personal data for the purposes specified above, unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your rights and freedoms, or unless your data is necessary for us to establish, pursue or defend legal claims.
